FeedbackNow (www.feedbacknow.com) is a continuous feedback platform that blends physical and digital methods to measure and analyze customer feedback and deliver real-time improvements to overall customer experience.                  

Often deployed as a turn-key physical device with “green, yellow, red” buttons (but also available via QR and a variety of other customized form factors), FeedbackNow enables customers and/or employees to effectively vote on experiences or ask for specific assistance.
